Why
We have the next online event in our series “On the Road to Freedom” to present and discuss our findings in the research for our book Liberating Organizations. We interviewed 90+ people in the last 4-5 months of 2024, which was a fantastic experience with so much insight given to us.
We also aim to collect feedback and more input for an improved version due later in 2025.
And we want to present to our network members how interesting professional feedback can be achieved through online activities.

The online event – a webinar and workshop – is for people who are interested in creating an environment in organizations for improved value generation for all and excellence in products, services, and relationships.

- We are continuing interviews with people in 2025, zooming in on a topic that became clear during the 2024 interviews. There is a real leadership crisis in many places: Some leaders don’t want to or don’t have the skills to grant freedom, on the other side some people don’t want to or can’t see how to engage in the accompanying work and responsibility of freedom.
- We want to discover the state of affairs in organizations, the challenges, the objectives, and how to convince people to pursue freedom in organizations.
