We are continuing our series of workshops, investigating how to achieve the best possible level of teamwork, psychological safety, engagement, and especially trust when facing boundaries. Between leadership and staff, between young and old, and when working in a hybrid fashion, remote and in the office?
After having analyzed the benefits, challenges and objectives in previous sessions, we are now trying to become very practical and discover possible smalle steps and interventions to build and preserve trust..
Trust is indisputably an indespensible foundation of all of this; an organization with high trust operates on exceptionally low transaction and monitoring costs, and people flourish.
Why
We have the last online workshop this season in our series, “On the Road to Freedom,” to discuss and learn from each other what to do practically to achieve trust among people, groups, and companies. We are providing our network members with an opportunity to share and discuss insights. We need very practical, small steps that can be taken tomorrow.
We discuss aspects of building a Liberating Constitutional Organization, for enabling engagement, taking responsibility, and producing value – all based on trust.
Who
The online workshop is for people who are interested in creating such an environment in organizations for improved value generation for all and excellence in products, services, and relationships.
What
The Agenda for the event is:
- Recap of previous discoveries. Objectives and benefits of trust
- Benevolence, Competence, and Reliability
- Increased sharing of information and collaboration lead to more effective solutions to challenges
- Reduced transaction and monitoring costs.
- Discussion of possible strategies to achieve the objectives and benefits identified in previous sessions
- A repertoire of methods, templates, and interactions from the book Liberating Organizations and recent discoveries being documented in the volume “The Case for Trust.“
