We are continuing our series of workshops, investigating how to achieve the best possible level of teamwork, psychological safety, engagement, and especially trust when facing boundaries. Between leadership and staff, between young and old, and when working in a hybrid fashion, remote and in the office?
After having analyzed the benefits and challenges in previous sessions, we are now trying to become very practical and discover possible remedies to counter the obstacles Identified.
Trust is indisputably an indespensible foundation of all of this; an organization with high trust operates on exceptionally low transaction and monitoring costs, and people flourish.
Why
We have the next online event in our series, “On the Road to Freedom,” to discuss how to achieve the best possible level of teamwork, psychological safety, engagement, and trust when facing boundaries. We are providing our network members with an opportunity to share and discuss insights. We need very practical advice.
We discuss aspects of building a Liberating Constitutional Organization, for enabling engagement and taking of responsibility.

The online workshop is for people who are interested in creating an environment in organizations for improved value generation for all and excellence in products, services, and relationships.

- Increased sharing of information and collaboration leads to more effective solutions to challenges
- Reduced transaction and monitoring costs.
- Boundaries to trust
- Lack of trust between customers, suppliers, and institutions
- Lack of trust between different groups in organizations
- A much-prolonged process of teaming and building trust in hybrid work. Spontaneous interaction is severely impeded
- A special case of lack of trust between generations – perhaps due to sheer confusion about motives
- Discussion of possible remedies to counter challenges and exploit benefits
- A repertoire of methods, templates, and interactions from the book Liberating Organizations and recent discoveries.
