One of the people, that have had a profound influence on the way we think about Agile Lean Organizations and Leadership, is Niels Pflaeging and his Organize for Complexity.
Niels was part of the original Beyond Budgeting setup and moved on to create the Beta Codex (https://betacodex.org). The latest concept from his and Silke Herman’s hand is called the Open Space Beta. This is a framework for achieving a change in an organization through self organizing in the course of 180 days.
There is a certification class covering Open Space Beta in Copenhagen on the 23.-24. of May 2019. We are participating to get more insight into how to help organizations transform to become Agile and Lean or “flip” as Niels prefers to call it :-). We recommend this to our network, read more here…
