FREE WEBINAR: ZEN and the ART of Intrinsic Motivation

Thurs. May 20. 2021, at 7:00 PM CET/ 1:00 PM East Coast, USA. Duration 1 hour

Presenters Paul Norton and Anne Due Broberg

We shamelessly stole part of our title from the 1974 book by Robert Pirsig, called “Zen and the art of Motorcycle Maintenance, but please relax, this is not a presentation about classical Buddhism, or motorcycle maintenance for that matter. However, taking a lead from the book, we plan to look at how personal motivation, or lack of it, affects our quality of life and the performance of the organizations we work for.

All organizations want the best people, but do they always get the best out of those people? We look at what motivates people to become engaged with their organization’s mission and consider why there is often a disconnect that leaves individuals unfulfilled and organizations underserved.

There will be time set aside for both theory and interactive case application.

Feel free to join us for this one-hour Webinar . You can sign up through Meetup:
