Agile lives mostly in the Complex Domain, where only fragmented or partial knowledge exists, so we routinely collaborate with colleagues and run small experiments or tests to help us come up with solutions to problems. But what happens when the solutions we seek are beyond the scope of this approach?
In situations that border the domains of Complexity and Chaos we sometimes need a “gravity-defying” approach that temporarily abandons the normal constraints and conventions to allow completely novel solutions to emerge.
