Continuing the free follow up webinars for those who have participated in our Scrum and Agile Lean Leadership courses. The format is a short presentation of an interesting or new topic (20-30 min) and then an opportunity to ask – also general – questions and participate in the diskussion (ca 20 min). Held in Danish or English depending on the audience.

The next follow-up Webinar, will take place on Wednesday the 7. October 2020 at 15:00 CET. The topic this time is Scrum, Projects and Project Managers . Here is a short agenda:
  • The vanilla Scrum Project. What is the simplest possible way to execute a project with Scrum?
  • What if the organization, management or customers are not happy with that? What more could they want?
  • Who does the traditional jobs of the Project Manager in Scrum? Or does that work evaporate?
  • What happens to Project Managers if an organization goes the Scrum way.
