Scrum Courses
Scrum is the most well known of the Agile patterns of work. We offer a classic, comprehensive education in Scrum with certification under the Agile Lean Leadership Network. The courses, are either held publicly or privately at the premises of organizations:
- ALL-Certified Scrum Master (ALL-SM) courses. These are two day courses, where we go through the core concepts of vanilla Scrum, plus focus on the role of the Scrum Master, his work with the Team, the Product Owner and the rest of the organization. The Scrum Master is a servant leader who works on getting everybody into the "spirit of constant improvement", remove impediments, introduce improvements and constantly communicate and protect the values of the Scrum patterns.
- ALL-Certified Product Owner (ALL-PO) courses. These are two day courses, where we go through the core concepts of vanilla Scrum, plus focus on the role of the Scrum Product Owner, his work with understanding how to create value, how to bring stakeholders and Team members to a common understanding and how to prioritize work in order to generate maximum value. The Product owner constantly works with the list of requirements (Product Backlog), refines it with the help of the Team and others, making adjustment to the course Sprint by Sprint, navigating the rapids of complex projects.
