AgileLeanHouse has started working with Ukrainian universities to educate their staff and students in modern Agile and Lean Leadership principles.
In the midst of the devastating and crippling war with Russia, the Ukrainians are already thinking ahead and preparing for the rebuilding of their country once the crisis is over.
In the words of one of the Kyiv professors: “We need to move ultra-fast once we can start rebuilding; new leaders will have to take the place of those we have lost. And we must provide meaningful hope to the returning people, lest they develop PTSD”.
As part of the master’s program of Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU), we will deliver the first training courses in April 2023 and will also donate our online IT tools. More will follow in the near future and in the coming semesters. We will also help with training, coaching, and casework for the innovation programs run by Kyiv Academic University, the University of Reutlingen, and others.
AgileLeanHouse will provide free training, consultancy, and software tools, but we have limited resources, so we are asking other organizations to become co-sponsors in this important initiative. You can buy sponsorships on our webshop.
For more information, don’t hesitate to contact Liudmyla Petrenko, Prof. Dr., Organizer of the master’s program “Innovative Entrepreneurship and Digital Leadership” at Kyiv National Economic University (KNEU), Dr. Lyubomyr Matsekh the University of Reutlingen, or Kurt Nielsen at AgileLeanHouse.
